We dealcoholize top wines and then cuvee them with their alcoholic starting product. In this way, the alcohol content is reduced as in a spritzer, except that it is not diluted with water but with non-alcoholic wine. This preserves a wonderful taste.
The non-alcoholic wine, half of which is a component of the gentle, is dealcoholized by our sister company KolonneNull. For this, they use gentle vacuum distillation to leave as much flavor as possible in the drink.

All products of the gentle have about half the calories compared to the initial alcoholic wine.
