Die Firma the gentle wine habe ich aus eigenem Leid gegründet. Ich trinke zu gerne Wein, habe aber zu oft Kopfweh. Vier Jahre als Gründer einer Firma für alkoholfreie Weine haben mein Problem nur halbwegs gelöst. Also habe ich "the gentle" mit halbem Alkoholgehalt herausgebracht und begonnen weltweit nach ähnlichen Produkten zu suchen. Neben Empfehlungen in dieser neuen "Low/Mid-Range (5-7%), findet Ihr hier auch Weine bis 10% Alkohol.

Tasting note and food recommendation:
Our first sparkling inspires with apple and citrus notes. Especially at family celebrations, birthdays and evening events, it brings the necessary light elegance that only a six percent sparkling wine can offer. Like our white, it also goes well with Mediterranean dishes or alone with olives for an aperitif.

The Wasem family was born with a passion for wine. The three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard are now the fourth generation to run the down-to-earth but elegant family winery.
