Die Firma the gentle wine habe ich aus eigenem Leid gegründet. Ich trinke zu gerne Wein, habe aber zu oft Kopfweh. Vier Jahre als Gründer einer Firma für alkoholfreie Weine haben mein Problem nur halbwegs gelöst. Also habe ich "the gentle" mit halbem Alkoholgehalt herausgebracht und begonnen weltweit nach ähnlichen Produkten zu suchen. Neben Empfehlungen in dieser neuen "Low/Mid-Range (5-7%), findet Ihr hier auch Weine bis 10% Alkohol.

Tasting note and food recommendation:
We don't know who owns the "bubbly ass" to which this Riesling is dedicated. However, we know that it comes into the glass as crisp as it is juicy. In addition to a whole basket full of yellow fruits, it has a hint of minerality for your palate. Typically Moselle! We recommend it for East Asian-inspired cuisine.

The history of the Staffelter Hof goes back to the year 862. This makes it one of the oldest wineries on the Moselle. Today, Jan Matthias Klein is the master of the vineyards and cellars, supported by his brother Kilian and his parents Gundi and Gerd. Mainly Riesling is cultivated, which grows on the typical slate slopes of the Moselle.
