Die Firma the gentle wine habe ich aus eigenem Leid gegründet. Ich trinke zu gerne Wein, habe aber zu oft Kopfweh. Vier Jahre als Gründer einer Firma für alkoholfreie Weine haben mein Problem nur halbwegs gelöst. Also habe ich "the gentle" mit halbem Alkoholgehalt herausgebracht und begonnen weltweit nach ähnlichen Produkten zu suchen. Neben Empfehlungen in dieser neuen "Low/Mid-Range (5-7%), findet Ihr hier auch Weine bis 10% Alkohol.

Tasting note and food recommendation:
Our gentle pink lures in the nose with a hint of raspberry. Best drunk chilled on the terrace or directly by the water, with a crunchy salad, dressed with a honey-mustard dressing and garnished with some goat cheese. So you can bring the warm days or vacation home even in hard times. The whole thing with candy-tender 6% alcohol. So nothing stands in the way of the midday drink on Saturday.
